Well it's pretty strong. Not super epic master powerful, but much higher than average. (though spoiler for her canon: In reality her own actually only just average. She stole her little brother's power.)
I guess she;d be suited for adept, she;d be super happy about that, or if we start her off as apprentice than promote her...
